Nutrigenomics as a tool for prevention of cardiometabolic risk factors

Description 
This project is examining nutrigenomics as a tool for prevention of cardiometabolic risk factors. The candidate will have an opportunity to learn how run clinical trials, perform clinical research procedures for assessment of glucose metabolism and cardiovascular risk, perform a systematic review, epidemiological analyses and health economic analyses. Within this research program, there is ample opportunity for the candidate to conduct independent research under the supervision of an expert research team. Students can apply for a scholarship which will cover all fees and provide stipend. Usually, to be competitive for scholarship, HD on last degree and 1 first author and 1 middle author publication is required to be competitive for scholarship. IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6) is a requirement unless primary or secondary education was in English.
