Description
This position, funded through a Digital Health CRC project, involves research to develop digital technology to foster behaviour change after myocardial infarction. The PhD student will engage with survivors of myocardial infarction to co-design novel, persuasive technology that supports behaviour change related to smoking / drug use, diet, exercise, and adherence to clinical guidelines and pathways of care. The PhD student will also contribute to develop digital implementations of novel neuroscience-based interventions for behaviour change, such as episodic future thinking and breathing-guided interoceptive awareness.
