Double NAC dosing for treatment of paracetamol overdose

Description 
Paracetamol is the most commonly ingested medication in overdose. Large ingestions may require more treatment. The successful candidate will investigate whether an increased dosing acetylcysteine (NAC) regimen improves efficacy compared to standard treatment. This will be a retrospective review of cases presenting to Monash Health. This project is suitable for those beginning research and options to work remotely. You will be under the supervision of 2 experienced toxicologists.
