Description
Health informatics is an emerging field of medicine with massive future potential. In paediatric urology health informatics may be harnessed to improve care and collaboration, particularly to establish a firmer evidence-based practise in the treatment of rare diseases.
The aim of this project is to:
1) Complete a needs analysis through regional and international surveys, employing qualitative analysis, to understand impediments and identify what works.
2) Pilot multi-institutional research in Paediatric Urology across children's hospitals considering the findings of the needs analysis, utilising a design thinking process.
