Description
The Healthy Brain Project is an ongoing study of middle-aged Australian adults (40-70 years) at risk of future dementia. This project will analyse quantitative data to better understand the dietary factors that are associated with cognitive outcomes and dementia risk. The findings of this project will help inform nutritional advice for adults aiming to mitigate the risk for dementia.
