Services other than health care for Australian workers with low back pain

Description
Workers’ compensation schemes in Australia fund any ‘reasonable and necessary service’ for injured workers with accepted claims. Most research to-date has focussed on medical, allied health and rehabilitation services for workers, with little exploration of the ancillary services funded by these schemes (e.g., lawn mowing, house care, travel). This project will examine the prevalence, volume and factors associated with utilising various ancillary services for injured workers with low back pain.
