ASPREE is a completed randomised controlled trial of low-dose aspirin including 19,114 older adults free of cardiovascular disease, dementia and major physical disability at baseline. The trial started from 2010 and ended in June 2017. Since then, the trial participants continued to be followed up for additional 5 years till 2022.
