A co-design project to develop a framework to support patient and family participation in patient care

Are you interested in partnering with patients and families to improve their care outcomes? Would you like the opportunity to engage in innovative research that focuses on a lifespan approach (from neonates to the older person) to improve patient and family centred care across a broad range of healthcare contexts? Our research program is based on collaborating with consumers and community stakeholders to ensure their voice is central to finding evidence-based solutions to healthcare problems relevant to them. The aim of this project is to partner with patients (be that children or adults) and/or their families to develop a theoretical model of care that will support patient and family participation in patient care.
