Determination of intermediate surgical skill in surgeons, a simulation-based educational validation study

Description
There is a well defined difference between a novice and an expert in surgical training and simulation-based educational programmes and research. However the intermediate group has been poorly defined and hence applied. This project aims to validate this group with a correlation between existing surgical skill base as determined with validated simulation based educational techniques, surgical experience and exposure and other novel techniques.
