How are the palliative care needs of people with addiction met: A systematic review

Description 
This study will be undertaken in collaboration with health care providers in palliative care and addiction services. The palliative care of people with a history of substance abuse is complex. Their needs are complicated by changes in response to medication, behavioural issues and relationship breakdown. A synthesis of the research in this area will assist care providers in understanding needs and strategies to best meet those needs
