Description
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE, lupus) is a serious systemic autoimmune condition, which in most cases leads to permanent organ damage, in turn predictive of reduced life expectancy and poor quality of life. We are working on 'big data' approaches using our > 40,000 visit longitudinal database to work on algorithms to predict damage, low quality of life, and other adverse outcomes in lupus, in order to better target future interventions
