Sleep disturbances and health in emergency service personnel

Description
The number of emergency service personnel reporting sleep problems is high (due to shift work schedules, stress, etc.). So too is the proportion of personnel who report mental health conditions. In this project, we are interested in examining how sleep disturbances could be related to the development of adverse health symptoms in emergency service personnel.
